All sales are final. Because every piece is a unique secondhand garment, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, fit preference, or taste.

When a refund may apply

Refunds are considered only if the item significantly differs from the listing description or photos, and you provide clear evidence (photos/video of the issue compared with the listing).

Fraudulent claims

If a claim is falsified, forged, or intentionally misleading, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Contact hello@yoistore.co or Instagram within 48 hours of delivery if you believe your item does not match the listing.
