Shipping & Delivery

Every YOISTORE piece is one-of-one. After payment we pack in rounds, create the parcel (Thailand Post domestically / FastShip internationally), print the label, and ship.

Pay once at checkout

Shipping is calculated when you check out and paid together with your piece. There is no separate shipping invoice later. Import duties or taxes in your country (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Import duties or taxes in your country (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility — they are not collected at checkout. Some destinations are blocked for carrier or compliance reasons; if your country is unavailable at checkout, message us on LINE / Instagram and we’ll confirm.

Estimated delivery

• Thailand: 2–3 days
• Asia: 3–7 days
• Other countries: 7–28 days

After you order

1. Payment succeeds → piece marked SOLD
2. You’ll see a thank-you page, then your orders list
3. Track anytime at Track order with the same email you paid with (shows every order)
4. When we ship, tracking number appears on that page (and by email if enabled)
